We’re hiring a Fertilization Technician to run routes, apply treatments correctly, and deliver consistent results to our customers.

This is a hands-on production role for someone who takes pride in doing the job right.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Apply fertilizer and weed control treatments according to label instructions and company SOPs

  • Operate spray equipment safely and efficiently

  • Follow assigned routes and complete daily jobs accurately and on time

  • Identify common lawn issues and flag concerns for leadership

  • Maintain clean, organized equipment and vehicles

  • Communicate professionally with customers when needed

  • Follow all safety, licensing, and environmental guidelines

  • Represent the company with professionalism at all times

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

  • Ability to obtain and maintain an applicator’s license

  • Previous fertilization and/or weed control experience preferred

  • Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions

  • Physically capable of walking properties and handling equipment

  • Reliable, punctual, and able to follow a schedule

  • Attention to detail — accuracy matters in this role

  • Team-oriented attitude with a no-drama mindset
