We are currently seeking a dedicated individual with expertise in fertilization practices and a positive attitude to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform fertilization and weed control treatments to enhance the health and appearance of lawns.
  • Accurately measure and apply fertilizers and herbicides following recommended guidelines and safety protocols.
  • Conduct soil analysis and provide recommendations for appropriate fertilization programs.
  • Monitor and assess the condition of lawns and landscapes, identifying issues and proposing solutions.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks.
  • Maintain clear and professional communication with team members and clients.
  • Uphold the company's reputation for exceptional service and professionalism.

Requirements:

  • Valid Driver's License: Must possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Must have to be able to obtain an applicator's license. 
  • Fertilization Experience: Previous experience in fertilization techniques and weed control is required.
  • Great Attitude: A positive attitude and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks.
  • Punctuality: Dependable and punctual, able to adhere to the designated work hours.
  • Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and interact with clients.
