About the Role

Specialized Property Care is hiring an experienced Irrigation / Sprinkler Repair Technician to handle residential service, diagnostics, and repairs.

This role is for technicians who:

  • Can troubleshoot independently

  • Take pride in doing the job right

  • Communicate clearly with homeowners

  • Don’t need to be babysat

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential sprinkler and irrigation systems

  • Communicate clearly with customers about issues, options, and solutions

  • Recommend water-efficient products and system improvements when appropriate

  • Complete spring start-ups and fall winterizations

  • Document all work accurately using mobile software

  • Collect payments and close out work orders

  • Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle

  • Assist with Holiday Lighting and Snow/Ice operations as needed

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

  • 2+ years of experience as an irrigation / sprinkler repair technician (preferred)

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work independently without constant supervision

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

  • Professional communication and customer-service mindset

  • Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented

Compensation & Benefits

  • Pay: $25–$35/hr depending on experience and performance

  • Production bonuses and commission opportunities

Top-end pay and bonuses are reserved for technicians who produce efficiently, document accurately, and deliver a strong customer experience.

Schedule

  • Monday–Friday

  • Occasional Saturdays during peak spring activations
