We’re hiring a Lawn Care Mowing Technician to run residential mowing routes and deliver consistent, professional results.

This is a production role for someone who shows up, follows the process, and takes pride in clean work.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Mow, trim, and blow residential properties to company standards

  • Operate commercial-grade equipment safely and efficiently (riders, stand-ons, trimmers, blowers)

  • Follow assigned routes and complete jobs accurately and on schedule

  • Maintain equipment, trailers, and trucks in clean working condition

  • Communicate with crew members and supervisors as needed

  • Represent the company professionally on customer properties

  • Follow all safety procedures and company SOPs

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

  • Experience operating commercial-grade mowing equipment

  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

  • Physically capable of mowing, trimming, and walking properties daily

  • Reliable, punctual, and able to follow a schedule

  • Attention to detail — stripes, edges, and cleanup matter

  • Team-oriented attitude with no drama

Compensation & Benefits

  • Pay: $18–$22/hr depending on experience and performance
