We’ve grown 23–45% year-over-year, and we’re hiring a full-time Residential Account Manager / Salesperson to own customer relationships and revenue growth.
This role is for someone who likes closing deals, following up, and being accountable for numbers.
Handle inbound residential leads and close recurring service agreements
Manage an assigned book of residential customers
Upsell and cross-sell services (fertilization & weed control, pest, snow, lighting, add-ons)
Follow up on estimates, renewals, and dormant accounts
Resolve customer issues and prevent cancellations
Maintain accurate notes, tasks, and pipelines inside the CRM
Communicate clearly with operations to ensure expectations are met
Hit weekly and monthly revenue targets
High close rates on inbound residential leads
Consistent expansion of existing customers
Low churn and clean renewals
No dropped leads or missed follow-ups
A CRM that reflects reality at all times
2+ years in sales, account management, or customer service
Comfortable on the phone and communicating with homeowners
Organized, responsive, and process-driven
Experience using a CRM
Willing to be measured by performance, not effort
Base Salary + Commission
Realistic OTE: $75k–$90k+ based on performance
