We’re hiring a Lawn Care Mowing Technician to run residential mowing routes and deliver consistent, professional results.
This is a production role for someone who shows up, follows the process, and takes pride in clean work.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Mow, trim, and blow residential properties to company standards
Operate commercial-grade equipment safely and efficiently (riders, stand-ons, trimmers, blowers)
Follow assigned routes and complete jobs accurately and on schedule
Maintain equipment, trailers, and trucks in clean working condition
Communicate with crew members and supervisors as needed
Represent the company professionally on customer properties
Follow all safety procedures and company SOPs
Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Experience operating commercial-grade mowing equipment
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Physically capable of mowing, trimming, and walking properties daily
Reliable, punctual, and able to follow a schedule
Attention to detail — stripes, edges, and cleanup matter
Team-oriented attitude with no drama
Compensation & Benefits
Pay: $18–$22/hr depending on experience and performance
